Partly I believe it's to take out small businesses and allow big business to dictate the masses. Its much easier to control when you have less options for services needed or products to purchase.
Enslaving the public to get their job accomplished as quickly as possible. I believe the #1 priority is the vaccine. Im not exactly sure what the vaccine does but I get the feeling its pretty powerful. Especially if talking about the Gates vaccine.
