I'm interested in people's opinions. At the Supreme Court level, what should be done about discovered election fraud? In Philadelphia, for example, if it is learned that there was supposedly 100% turnout in a district and even the dead people voted, what should be done about that?
I can't see any "remedy" other than "setting aside" that whole district, i.e. all of the votes in that district can't be included in state totals.
What else could you do? It was stunning to me that Laura Ingram just talked about acknowledging cheating and allowing the cheaters to win. She said, however, that they had better be able to explain why they corrupted a presidential election! Unfortunately, that seems to be the thinking that got us to this point...patronize people and let them cheat. And, cower from them for the justice that they stole from all and the votes that they stole from opponents. Me? I say, no! Set THEIR votes aside. And, guess what, next time, I bet there will be a lot LESS cheating!
What say you? And, what does it take "more of" to find the way forward here...courage or intelligence?
