I'm not a constitutional scholar. Probably this is quite plain! And so, I didn't know that when a U.S. President issues an executive order that ANY federal judge can block that order. I'd put a question mark at the end of that statement, but, no need. We all learned under Trump that any federal judge can STOP an executive order.
So.... Joe has a bunch of executive orders cued up. Hmm..... I wonder if our federal judiciary will still be watching? Joe's executive orders, after all, are meant to circumvent congress. Or, will they "go to sleep" as the FBI and the Justice Department did under Trump?
Yes, a lot of us are coming up to speed on how things really work. And so, judges out there....it may be time to earn that respect that is afforded you by the nation!
